In support of our health and wellbeing and helping more people understand the benefits of running for our mental health , MH&AC and their EA mental health ambassadors Mel Whittaker and Kim Eastham, invite you to run and talk between 5k and up to 10k along the lovely Middlewood Way and canal. We will be starting at 6.00pm on Thursday 13th April from the Bollington Skate Park Car Park (Adlington Road, Bollington)
This is our second #runandtalk event and is open to MHAC members over 16 years and other non-club runners (over 16) who might also like to join in.
Perhaps you would like a friendly supportive social run, or a chance to aid your return to running?. Maybe you simply need some re-motivation or assistance with recovery?. The run will be led by friendly, qualified leaders and is in a location that will make it flexible, whatever your reasons for coming.
Bring a flask and your choice of snack, for more post run refuel and conversation.
